Moishe and Miriam were invited to their new neighbors, the Johnsons for cocktails. Moishe, an amateur photographer, was very proud of his handiwork and brought a few of his finest pictures along to show. Cathy Johnson, the hostess, looked at the photos and commented, "These are very good, Moishe! You must have a good camera."
Moishe didn't make any comment, but as he was leaving to go home, he said, "That was a really delicious meal, Cathy! You must have some very good pots."
Members may sponsor a kiddush in honor or memory of a friend or loved one, to celebrate a simcha, an anniversary, or a milestone, or for virtually any reason at all.
All meals served at synagogue, of course, are strictly kosher.
Todah Rabah THANK YOU to all our summer Speaker Series volunteers for signing up to present a D'var Torah. Our roster is filled! Bring the entire family (and Friends too) to support Rodeph presenters:
