Shabbat Services Registration

Registration is limited to 20 individuals per date. When signing up, please indicate the number of individuals attending. For example, a husband and wife are 2 individuals. 

UPON REGISTRATION PLEASE LIST IN THE NOTES SECTION IF YOU ARE OBSERVING A LIFE CYCLE EVENT OR A YAHRZEIT.
