Below are a list of the possible B'nei Mitzvah dates for the 2022-2023 school year.

Please complete the form by ranking your top 5 preferences only. Please rank only the dates you would prefer by adding the numbers 1 - 5 with 1 being your top preference and 5 being your lowest preference. 

Once the deadline for submission has passed, all results will be taken into account and a master schedule created. All efforts will be made to secure your first choice, but please understand you are submitting requests not reservations.
You will be notified via email when dates are finalized.
