Room Reservation Form

There is a fee of $25 for each event. In addition, there are fees for linens, kitchen usage, maintenance and security.  You will be provided with an invoice after submitting your Room Reservation information.

Please list any food and/or beverage items you plan to serve.
Cost for each linen is $4.00.
Cost for each linen is $4.00.

NOTE: Any food that is brought into the synagogue must be cleared through the office.  If you need food from the kitchen, please fill out a food request form.


If your event is after normal synagogue business hours and it is determined that you must have a maintenance/kitchen person present, your group will be charged for that person's time based on his/her current hourly labor rate.

There is a $45 per hour fee for Maintenance & Security for each event.
