Plan An Event

If you wish to have an event at Rodeph Sholom or you are planning an outside event that requires our resources please begin the process by filling out the three forms to the left in the sidebar. The Event Activities Request form and the Room Reservation form should be filled out together and submitted at the same time. Please fill these forms out in their entirety so we are able to assess the request and prepare an estimate of charges as it relates to your request.  All three forms need to submitted and details for your event need to be completed no less than 90 days prior to your event date.
