LOST AND FOUND
Rodeph Sholom has various objects in Lost and Found, including car keys, glasses, travel mugs and a laptop case. If you think you left something at the Synagogue, please call the office, (813) 837-1911. Any items unclaimed by July 30 will be donated or discarded.

2:00 PM—Fievel Goes West (G)
Animated film with Fievel the mouse. Some time after the Mousekewitz's have settled in America, they find that they are still having problems with the threat of cats. That makes them eager to try another home out in the west, where they are promised that mice and cats live in peace. Unfortunately, the one making this claim is an oily con artist named Cat R. Waul who is intent on his own sinister plan. Unaware of this, the Mousekewitz's begin their journey west, while their true cat friend, Tiger, follows in the same direction.
4:00 PM—Brighton Beach Memoirs (PG-13)
Neil Simon’s story about Eugene, a young teenage Jewish boy, recalls his memoirs of his time as an adolescent youth. He lives with his parents, his aunt, two cousins, and his brother, Stanley, whom he looks up to and admires. He goes through the hardships of puberty, sexual fantasy, and living the life of a poor boy in a crowded house.

Rodeph Sholom will unite with other Jewish congregations throughout greater Tampa to reach out to all unaffiliated Jews, to take part in a Shabbat service and dinner to follow. Details regarding dinner will be available in the coming weeks.

Sisterhood Haggadah
The Sisterhood Congregational Haggadah is available in the Gift Shop, $10 each. Discounts available for 10 or more copies.

Consider purchasing a High Holiday Prayer Book and create a lasting honor for your loved ones. The new Machozor Lev Shalem (Full Heart) edition has new readings, translations and transliterations providing clear commentaries which explain prayer meanings. Available for donation to Congregation Rodeph Sholom or for home use. Cost is $40 per book and can be ordered through the office.
Bookplates will be available by August 16 to customize for your honors or memorials to your loved ones. The deadline to have the bookplate personalized for the High Holidays is August 16.

Knit One, Purl Two
Rodeph Sholom is starting a Knitting/Crocheting Club with a yarn exchange

Yad Vashem Shoah Victims' Names Recovery Project
